Love your enemies

Ye have heard
that it hath been said,
Thou shalt love thy neighbour,
and hate thine enemy.
[44] But I say unto you,
Love your enemies,
bless them that curse you,
do good to them that hate you,
and pray for them which
despitefully use you,
and persecute you;
[45] That ye may be
the children of your Father
which is in heaven:
for he maketh his sun to rise
on the evil and on the good,
and sendeth rain on the just
and on the unjust.
[46] For if ye love them
which love you,
what reward have ye?
do not even the publicans the same?
[47] And if ye salute
your brethren only,
what do ye more than others ?
do not even the publicans so?
[48] Be ye therefore perfect,
even as your Father
which is in heaven is perfect.
Matthew 5:43-48 kjv

Ephesians 4:22-25 niv

You were taught,
With regard to your former
Way of life,
To put off your old self,
Which is being corrupted
By its deceitful desires;
To be made new in the
Attitude of your minds;
And to put on the new self,
Created to be like God
In true righteousness
And holiness.
Therefore each of you
Must put off falsehood
And speak truthfully
To your neighbor,
For we are all members
Of one body.
(Eph4:22-25)

Know no one after the flesh

LET’S NOT KNOW ANY MAN AFTER THE FLESH ANYMORE.
Our firm decision is to work from this focused center: One man died for everyone. That puts everyone in the same boat. He included everyone in his death so that everyone could also be included in his life, a resurrection life, a far better life than people ever lived on their own. [16] Because of this decision we don’t evaluate people by what they have or how they look. We looked at the Messiah that way once and got it all wrong, as you know. We certainly don’t look at him that way anymore. Now we look inside, and what we see is that anyone united with the Messiah gets a fresh start, is created new. The old life is gone; a new life burgeons!
2 Corinthians 5:14-17 MSG

…[T]he love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: [15] And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. [16] Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. [17] Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Debating Scriptures

I HATE DEBATING THEOLOGY – cherry picking scriptures to hurl at one another – so much that I would just delete comments, posts or people that instigate strife. If a person cannot read the Bible, close it, and TAKE INSPIRATION DIRECTLY FROM GOD but religiously, fearfully, and even hatefully cling to every word, then I’d say said person doesn’t know how to read the Bible.

Paul’s teaching

Yes, I’m still ‘camping out’ with Paul. Thought of moving on, but when he addresses himself to my lowliest, most trivial, blameworthy THOUGHT !! implying that we’d better bring Every Single One Of Them to the obedience of Christ — well, I’m hanging out here a lil bit longer, thank you:
2 Corinthians 10:5 KJV
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
YES!!!

Bible supports healing

OKAY !! . OKAY !! . BUT DOES THE BIBLE REALLY SUPPORT HEALING ? . I MEAN, DOES IT SAY SO UNAMBIGUOUSLY ? . Ryan Marshall lists 100+ instances . . .
