Never go to God in order to get a desire fulfilled. Only go for communion with God and watch everything get miraculously fulfilled.
PLEASE NOTE: WE KNOW THAT (1) WE ARE NOT “GOING” ANYWHERE, (2) GOD AND HIS ENTIRE KINGDOM IS WITHIN US, (3) ‘GO TO GOD’ IS A MENTAL CONSTRUCT, IMPLYING THAT WE WISH TO FOCUS ON (OR, COMMUNE WITH) GOD.
The only motive for meditation is to commune with Him and receive His grace. Let me come to the throne of God pure, with no desires in my mind, so that I may fully connect with the SPIRIT, which is God.

If you’re a person who needs or wants to improve their English writing skills, like E.S.L. students – for example, I have a suggestion for you. You don’t need to be deprived of the fun of writing in the abbreviated internet lingo: “Ppl cn get ‘way w a zillion mstakes coz erryone is equl on da Internet!” This writing is here to stay, but it won’t replace standard English – not for a long time, at least. The reason should be obvious: without a measure of standardization, no one would ever be accountable for what they say. So it behooves the ESL learner to practice writing perfectly as well. Both styles have their merits. My advice is as follows: NEVER MIX THE TWO. Decide (randomly is okay) which way you’re going to write and stick to it, for that particular communication and that particular time.

RELIGIOUS RHETORIC
The contemporary church is terribly lacking in dialogue. God said to Isaiah, “come let us reason together” (Isaiah 1:18). If God calls us to reason with Him, why, then, don’t we talk to each other? There are some serious issues that are facing this sick and dying world and “church as usual” isn’t helping! We have Christ-averse religions growing and seeking to expand their reach into the fabric of our nation and we simply say, “Can we all just get along?” Yes, we can but we must preach the Gospel! Jesus drew the line in the sand in John 14:6, when He said “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me.” Christianity is not just another religion; it is a way of life. Better yet, it is THE WAY TO LIFE!

Healing through “desire”
One word has been jumping out at me really big all morning: DESIRE. I’m talking about a good, godly desire such as: “I desire to have my thinking made more godlike.” Or, “I desire to love people 100% more than I do.” Or, “I desire to ‘see’ spiritually so clearly that I can bring it to bear on anyone who is hurting.” This is the most powerfully effective prayer known to mankind. It simply must have signs following.
The second part of this word-jumping-out- at-me is … please, please, please don’t misunderstand … : AS WE TAKE OUR FIRST FEW STEPS to do what we can humanly to fulfill such righteous desires, the Holy Spirit totally takes over and puts everything in place ‘in the twinkling of an eye’!
TRUE STORY
One day my mother decided it was time to have that … you know … ‘talk’ with me. She determined to use a Bible story to teach me a little Bible application, and kill two stones with the same bird.
Unfortunately, she chose to enlighten me on the fine art of chastity, and elected to show Jesus’ great compassion when a woman was about to be stoned to death for … you know.
Anyway, Mom was so happy and proud of me when I told her that I thought it was a miracle! đ
Then I clarified that it was a miracle for the woman to have done … you know … all by herself.
My mother wasn’t happy with me anymore. :'(
Taking a look at HEALING from a multidimensional perspective, our imaginations may be drawn to places where time and space is of no event. We can romp about effortlessly and see our Father’s creation from the vantage point of spiritual reality. We don’t “know” – as in, squeeze our brains to eke out a modicum of self-assurance; but we KNOW that God is all around and all through us and that we’re living our eternal life right now.
Here comes the rub. We have to go back to our little material, disease-laden, ego-driven, accident-prone lives, don’t we? My vote is on ‘No, we don’t!’
Why should we go back and deny everything that we’ve learned to be true about God? Go back and resume our hurting, hating and suffering? Why not stay in full conscious awareness of our ONENESS with God? Why not remember that we are located behind our eyes and that’s why we see perfectly. We hear with the hearing of Christ, which never has to wane. The Holy Spirit breathes through us; we’re filled and we send His love out to the world.
We see “the world” quite a bit differently by now, and what a beautiful sight it is! We no longer have issues, for they have vanished. Everyone we can possibly bring to our consciousness – past, present and future – receives an holy kiss, and is joyfully blessed. Amen.

God is currently moving powerfully in and through the lives of womenâit was always His plan! In Genesis 1:27,28 He reveals that He created âmanâ (mankind) in His image and likeness: male and female He created them. He then blessed them (male and female) and commanded them to be fruitful, to multiply, and to have dominion. This was Godâs original intent and it still is. Through Christ we have been redeemed and restored to Godâs original intent and His Spirit is powerfully moving on women in this hour to bring them into their rightful place alongside of menânot more in importance and authority and not lessâŠand certainly not to replace them.
