Nothing enters your experience except through your consciousness. Whatever it is that you are to experience in your life you must experience through your own consciousness. There is no outside God and there is no outside devil. There are no outside laws. Whatever it is that is operating in you is operating through and in your own consciousness.

There is one of two things. You either have a consciousness of Truth or a consciousness of ignorance of Truth. If you are ignorant of Truth, you are not made free. If you know the Truth, the Truth will make you free.

Therefore, it is knowing or Consciousness. You must consciously know the Truth, not sit around waiting for some mysterious God to do something for you because you are charitable or kind or moral. It won’t work. It is your abiding in the Truth. Your abiding in the Word and letting the Word abide in you. Your abiding in God and letting God abide in you. You are the one who is doing it!

Through the contemplative life, you can come to a whole new state of consciousness in which – while you are still aware that there are evils in the world – no longer do you sit in judgment on them or condemn them, no longer do you misunderstand them. Now, you have compassion; because, you understand why they are taking place. Furthermore, you know that they must continue to take place in each person’s experience until he is awakened.

When an individual is awakened to the fact that life is indestructible, immortal, and eternal, he cannot fear death. And, once he no longer fears death, he cannot know death. No one can experience anything that is not a part of his consciousness. And, when death is no longer part of his consciousness, he cannot die.

When you want to help

Letter for YOU

When you’ve got a really good Truth to hold onto throughout the day
you can plug into it any time.
Saw a lady in the grocery store
kinda bent over, struggling . . .
Wanted to help, but how?
Didn’t want to draw attention to the physical, if possible,
What to say? What to do?
Remember, Robin, think as God.
What I ‘did’ astounded even me!
I asked her for help!
“Can you tell me why these two containers of salt are completely different prices?”
She stood up, erect, smiling from ear to ear and said something like “Let’s see now .. I think this one is iodized …”
She was soooo happy to be the one who could help!
More recently I witnessed an egregious wrongdoing that needed to be stood up to.
Why me? I don’t want to meddle.
Because you can.
Long story short, I did, it healed, Almost.
“Now you can stop,” said God
to me.

Think as God

Self as God

THINK AS GOD
the Spirit told me.
Not a problem,
delighted to do so

Until one day I see
a chance to support
one who’s half right
or another one who’s

When what I want isn’t what I want ACIM

Let us suppose, then, that what you ask of the Holy Spirit is what you really want, but you are still afraid of it. Should this be the case, your attainment of it would no longer be what you want. This is why certain specific forms of healing are not achieved, even when the state of healing is.”

RJS: If, on a very deep level of consciousness – practically unknown to oneself on the day-to-day human level – a person craves full awareness of God or Spirit consciousness, they are made aware that a condition (physical or otherwise) doesn’t yield to their treatments, my (Robin’s) advice is to keep on your spiritual path more diligently than ever before and with added gratitude that you yourself have chosen deeper spirituality over freedom to go off track yet again. Be sure to recognize signs that you’re being cared for in your desire for total awareness. But most of all, realize that full consciousness is yours the moment you’re completely still. It’s you who chooses to turn away from your conscious awareness and resume world thought. The “state of healing”, having been achieved, is reason for great, great gratitude. Never, never, never look back and deny this high plateau once it’s genuinely attained. Let Spirit, not world mind, define full healing.

“As you approach work in The Infinite Way, do not start out with any idea of first trying to be more spiritual or trying to be more honest or trying to be more moral or trying to be better in any way, because we’re really not interested in self-improvement, and we’re not interested at all in human improvement or human betterment. Our work is not dedicated to making bad humans good or necessarily merely making sick humans well or unhappy humans happy.

The message of The Infinite Way is completely dedicated to admitting that presence of God, that Christ, into consciousness and letting It transform our lives from the material sense to the spiritual, not merely from the bad human sense to the good human sense. Our interest is not in that direction. Our interest is in surrendering the whole of the material sense, even when it’s good, and receiving in exchange our divine Sonship.”

“Visibility”quantum physics can learn from HF

Herb Fitch

Quantum physics, explaining the illusive, even illusory, nature of matter can learn a thing or two from our beloved Herb Fitch who advises us in The Infinite Way, Series 3 – The Christ:

“If you look out at heaven or reality – whatever you wish to call it – you will find that you cannot see all of it but there is a place where you become aware of something. That place where you become aware of heaven, to your senses it becomes earth. At the moment that you are able to make a contact through your senses, that which is heaven to you becomes the earth. It is translated by your senses. It doesn’t change from heaven to earth; but now you look at that which is heaven and misperceive it to be the earth.”

Herb is hereby preparing his eager students to literally think outside the human or mortal mind, given the fact that he’s speaking of a realm or dimension in which matter is unheard of. He continues in his usual most exacting manner:

“There’s a line of demarcation where the veil apparently begins, where Spirit becomes matter. It is not a line of ether: It is a line where the mind misperceives the truth.”

We see clearly that Herb wishes to drive home the fact that mankind is MISPERCEIVING basic level quantum mechanics MOST CONSISTENTLY and PREDICTABLY:

“The outer limit of your mind misperceiving the truth of that point and all the way in now recreates its concept of heaven and in that concept you live as a mortal being although nothing about you has ever changed. The Christ is still the Christ. The Christ is still present. The light is unchanging – it can never be influenced in any way and in it is the grace, the guidance, the love, the fullness of all of your true self, and all this brought into a sharp material focus by the five senses becomes a disconnection – the ignorant separation from the very self of all being.”

It’s nothing short of a DISCONNECTION that Herb has directed our attention to and in no uncertain terms. I am reminded of early computer-ese, GIGO (garbage in, garbage out)! The moment we allow for the possibility of matter as a palpable entity, we may as well throw our mental doors wide open to the vicissitudes it entails such as sickness, disease, death, reincarnation, et al.

In the vastness of being

Mooji

Leaving the person behind,
in what time zone are you? What date?
What astrological sign applies to you?
Far, far beyond such things is your real being,
yet no distance involved. Look.
You are not ‘becoming’ this,
you are not becoming anything at all,
yet the sense of becoming can arise.
Still, you are beyond that also.
Here, in your sizeless, weightless being, who are you?
For even the sense ‘I am’ is a phenomenon here.

Nowness of being JSG

As the calendar announces the opening of a New Year, we have a good opportunity to meditate on the nowness of being which we know is present every minute of each day, a principle so clearly brought out in this letter. The world celebrates a New Year in the hope that it will bring peace and tranquility to a world filled with strife, dissension, and discord. We know that this hope will be fulfilled only when the light of Truth has permeated the consciousness of a sufficient number of dedicated souls, so that they can lift the world out of its hypnotic spell, and when enough love has been poured forth to dispel the darkness, the dream that holds the world in its grip.
Let us be diligent in our work for the world, for only when the spiritually minded unite with their Source and are thus able to see this earth here and now as heaven will this harmony be realized. Since now is the only time, this harmony is already here, and we need only recognize its presence. Then we will always have a happy New Year.
