Religion No More!!

I spent many years trying to follow Jesus, seriously applying the Bible to my life, repent, confess, obey, surrender, endure, overcome, tithe, believe, fast, pray, witness and do many Christian things.
I wanted to follow Jesus by trying to be His disciple. I took the Bible as God’s word and expected Jesus to come soon.
I believed in almost every denomination at some point in my life: Catholic, Protestant, Baptist, Pentecostal, Marthoma, Brethren, Cessationist, Charismatic, dispensationalist, Law, Holiness, Lordship salvation, Hyper-Grace, Word of Faith, Preterist, Futurist.

I seriously studied the Bible diligently, as if every word of the New Testament was written to me.
The Bible was so important to my life.

At the end of it all, I finally realized that nothing in the Bible was written to me. Everything has already happened. The 2nd coming and judgment day is over. All things finished in the 1st Century. We were never the Church….We were never sinners.
We were never called to follow Jesus or get baptized or do anything.

I spent so many years being brainwashed by religion.
I realize now that God never told me I was a sinner needing salvation.
Everything in the Bible was about the old creation under the law. God removed sin after the judgment day of 70aD.
He made ALL things New…..Old things passed away.

I’m just enjoying life, free of religion, knowing that DADDY loves me and has not called me to faith or any religious stuff.

As fallen human beings
We believe that
Guns have power,
Bombs have power,
Floods have power,
Hate & fear have power,
Ghosts and goblins have power,
Jealousy and envy have power,
Poverty has power,
Selfishness & sickness have power.
As Spiritual beings we do not.
We know that miracles are
Divinely natural.
We lift up our thinking
And our Loving
Until there’s nothing left to behold.

Not where you yearn to be?
Trying, trying, trying?
Quit!!
The only thing that’s
Ever in the way
Is our incessant
Unrelenting
Idiotic
“Need” to pull God down
To our littleness.
How ridiculous – really!
Can’t we see that
We – not God –
Need to lift ourselves
To the spiritual
Realm of the real.

Re-awaken!

Consciousness

Did you ever notice that the moment you get re-plugged in and become re-aware of who you are you’re no longer concerned with getting anything at all? Your joy returns tenfold and everyone around you starts exuding the same lightness and happiness and, oh yes – love!
This is highly contagious!!! Let the whole world catch it and rejoice!
What did you just do? How can you bottle it and keep it for next time you need it? Here’s how: REST in God’s love and think of the larger picture.
Everything is already completely done. Finished. Complete. Perfect. Don’t think for a moment that this doesn’t include you, your world, your universe – God IS all of them. Right now. Here.
Knowing all of this with absolutely no doubt whatsoever, I’m at a loss to try to explain why the supplication “Jesus, help!” ALWAYS WORKS!! It’s uncanny to my now lofty mind, but hey, I’ll take it!

NEWSFLASH !! . One absolute statement of Truth contains all the Truth that any other statement contains. I have proven this more times than I can possibly count!
Just carry one around with you ‘tween your ears and apply it to everything under the sun. When you get done, reapply it!
How does that sit with you regarding the utter simplicity of living the Oneness of God? I’ll tell you something else that is unspeakably simple: God will change your wants if you’ll let Him.
How does He do that? When He’s good and ready? When He’s been entreated sufficiently? When one is lucky enough? No! No! No! And no! Sweetheart, it’s already done! And that’s just about the greatest gospel that there is!!
God’s work is already done. It’s ours for the nanosecond it takes us to awaken!
