Do you have the time?

“Time isn’t precious at all, because it is an illusion.”
~ Eckhart Tolle

“Time does not exist – we invented it. Time is what the clock says. The distinction between the past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.”
~ Albert Einstein

“The future is a concept, it doesn’t exist. There is no such thing as tomorrow. There never will be, because time is always now. That’s one of the things we discover when we stop talking to ourselves and stop thinking. We find there is only present, only an eternal now.”
~ Alan Watts

“Time is the eternal now, seen through the narrow slit of the mind.”
~ Rupert Spira

“Experience is the only criterion by which the reality of anything can be decided. Time is believed to be composed of the past, present and future. Of these three, the past is past only in reference to the present, the present is present only in relation to the past, and future is future only in reference to the present. So all three being interdependent, even for their very existence, it has to be admitted by sheer force of logic that none of them is real. Therefore, time is not.”
~ Atmananda Krishna Menon

“Time is only an idea.
There is neither past nor future. There is only the present. Yesterday was the present to you when you experienced it, and tomorrow will be also the present when you experience it. Therefore, experience takes place only in the present, and beyond experience nothing exists.”
~ Ramana Maharshi

“The past is an illusion. Nothing exists except the here and now.
Knowledge, surely, is always of time, whereas knowing (awareness/consciousness) is not of time.”
~ Bruce Lee

“Where the where is not, when the when is not, I am.”
~ Wu Hsin

“The Self is beyond time and space. It is infinite and hence of the nature of absolute happiness.”
~ Shankara

“You cannot suffer the past or future because they do not exist.
Memory creates a hallucination of the past, desire creates a hallucination of the future.
Time and space are just a creation of the mind, projections of consciousness.
Once you touch a dimension which is boundless, the idea of time and space disappears.”
~ Sadhguru

“If you are absolutely without mind, just pure consciousness, time stops completely, disappears, leaving no trace behind.”
~ Osho

True enLIGHTenment -SB

“I wish I could show you, when you are lonely or in darkness, the astonishing light of your own being.”
~ Hafiz

“Within you is the light of a thousand suns. Within you is unimaginable beauty.”
~ Robert Adams

“Our self – luminous, open, empty Awareness – cannot be enlightened. It is already the light that illuminates all experience. Nor can a separate self be enlightened, for when the separate self faces the light of Awareness, it vanishes, just as a shadow does when exposed to the sun.”
~ Rupert Spira

”No matter how long the room has been dark, an hour or a million years, the moment the lamp of awareness is lit, the entire room becomes luminous. You are that luminosity. You are that clear light.”
~ Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche

“Instead of fighting the darkness, you bring in the light.
You cannot fight against darkness. The light of consciousness is all that is necessary. You are that light.
You are the consciousness that illuminates the world. Know yourself as that, and that’s freedom, liberation, awakening, the end of suffering and madness.”
~ Eckhart Tolle

“Don’t you know yet? It is your light that lights the worlds.”
~ Rumi

“The world shines because of my light: without me, nothing is. It is in me that thoughts and feelings rise and set. I am their changeless witness. I am the Light of Consciousness in all thoughts and perceptions and the Light of Love in all feelings.”
~ Atmananda Krishna Menon

“There is a light that shines beyond all things on earth, beyond the heavens, beyond the highest, the very highest heavens. This is the light that shines in your heart.”
~ Chandogya Upanishad

“Whether you worship Christ, Krishna, Kali or Allah, you actually worship the one light that is also in you, since it pervades all things. Everything originates from light, everything in its essence is light.”
~ Anandamayi Ma

“I am the light of the world.
You are the light of the world.”
~ Jesus

In the silence -SB many

“You are never more essentially, more deeply, yourself than when you are still.
Stillness is the only thing in this world that has no form. But then, it is not really a thing, and it is not of this world.”
~ Eckhart Tolle

“Silence is truth. Silence is bliss. Silence is peace. And hence Silence is the Self.”
~ Ramana Maharshi

“Beyond the mind, there is infinite intensity of emptiness and silence.
In peace and silence, the skin of the ‘I’ dissolves and the inner and the outer become one.”
~ Nisargadatta Maharaj

“When you are willing to stop looking for something in thought, you find everything in silence.”
~ Gangaji

“There is a voice that doesn’t use words. Listen.”
~ Rumi

“Silence is not the absence of sound. Silence is the absence of you.”
~ Wu Hsin

“The only way you will ever awaken is through silence, not through analyzation of facts.
Everything that you can ever imagine that you want to be, you already are. You are the imperishable Self, beyond birth, beyond death, beyond experiences, beyond doubts, beyond opinions, beyond whatever it is your body is going through. Whatever thoughts your mind thinks, you are beyond that. You are the silence, the silence of the heart.
When you sit in the silence, it will come to you. You will see how the body came to be, and how the body goes, and a new body comes to be, and a new body goes. But you are alive. The real You persists. Nothing can ever destroy it. Water cannot drown it. Fire cannot burn it. Whatever happens to the body in this world cannot eliminate the ‘I am’. It has nothing to do with your age, or whether you’re well or sick, or rich or poor. It is the Self. It has always been and it will always be. It is YOU.
It’s in the silence that your problems just dissolve. Try it. It really works.”
~ Robert Adams

“When you can bear your own silence, you are free.
There is a mystery within all beings bursting to reveal itself, in the ones who become quiet enough to discover it. In this discovery a benevolent force shines spontaneously from your presence towards all beings, and this light cannot help but illuminate the world.”
~ Mooji

“The quieter you become, the more you can hear.
We’re fascinated by the words – but where we meet is in the silence behind them.”
~ Ram Dass

“Stop the noise in your mind in order for the wondrous sounds of life to be heard.”
~ Thich Nhat Hanh

“It was long before dawn when the sharp cry of a bird woke up the night for an instant and the light of that cry faded away. And the trees remained dark, motionless, melting into the air; it was a soft quiet night, endlessly alive; it was awake, there was movement; there was a deep stirring with utter silence. Even the village next door, with its many dogs, always barking, was quiet. It was a strange stillness, terribly potent, destructively alive. It was so alive and still that you were afraid to move; so your body froze into immobility and the brain, which had awakened with that sharp cry of the bird, had become still, with heightened sensitivity. It was a brilliant night with the stars in a cloudless sky; they seemed so close and the Southern Cross was just over the trees, sparkling in the warm air. Everything was very quiet.
What was necessary was a very sensitive, alert mind which had stopped entirely, willingly and easily, its chatter. It had become very quiet, seeing and listening without interpreting, without classifying; it was quiet and there was no entity or necessity to make it quiet. The mind was very still and very alive. That immensity filled the night and there was bliss.”
~ Jiddu Krishnamurti

Psychologists have never looked deep enough -Ravi Shankar

“I tell you, deep inside you is a fountain of bliss, a fountain of joy. Deep inside your center core is truth, light, love, there is no guilt there, there is no fear there. Psychologists have never looked deep enough.”

~ Ravi Shankar

You ARE the universe -SB many

“Stop acting so small. You are the universe in ecstatic motion.
You are not just a drop in the ocean. You are the mighty ocean in a drop.”
~ Rumi

“You are the universe expressing itself as a human for a little while. Each person’s life – each lifeform, in fact – represents a unique way in which the universe experiences itself.
You are here to enable the divine purpose of the universe to unfold. That is how important you are!
You are not IN the universe, you ARE the universe. Ultimately you are not a person, but a focal point where the universe is becoming conscious of itself. What an amazing miracle.”
~ Eckhart Tolle

“Outwardly, I am one apple among many. Inwardly, I am the tree.
You are the big bang, the original force of the universe. You and I are all as much continuous with the physical universe as a wave is continuous with the ocean.
The real YOU is not a puppet which life pushes around. The real, deep down YOU is the whole universe.
You are the universe experiencing itself.”
~ Alan Watts

“The universe is but a partial manifestation of your limitless capacity to become.
You have potential powers beyond your wildest dreams. Not only is the entire universe reflected in you, but also the power to control the universe is waiting to be used.”
~ Nisargadatta Maharaj

“You are not alone as a person, you are alone as the entire universe.”
~ Mooji

“Suddenly I was thrown into this expansive amazing feeling of freedom – from myself, from my problems. I saw that I am bigger than what I do, bigger than my body. I am everything and everyone. I am no longer a fragment of the universe. I am the universe.”
~ Jim Carrey

“Though the eye is small, the consciousness which sees through it is greater and vaster than all the things which it perceives. In fact, it is so great that it includes all objects, however large or numerous, within itself. For it is not so much that you are within the cosmos as that the cosmos is within you.”
~ Meher Baba

“When we look at the ocean, we see that each wave has a beginning and an end. A wave can be compared with other waves, and we can call it more or less beautiful, higher or lower, longer lasting or less long lasting. But if we look more deeply, we see that a wave is made of water. While living the life of a wave, the wave also lives the life of water. It would be sad if the wave did not know that it is water. It would think, ‘Some day I will have to die. This period of time is my life span, and when I arrive at the shore, I will return to nonbeing.’ These notions will cause the wave fear and anguish. In the world of the wave, the world of relative truth, the wave feels happy as she swells, and she feels sad as she falls. She may think ‘I am high!’ or ‘I am low!’ and develop superiority or inferiority complexes, but when the wave touches her true nature – which is water – all of her complexes will cease, and she will transcend birth and death.
Enlightenment is when a wave realizes it is the ocean.”
~ Thich Nhat Hanh

“The whole universe is I-am. So whenever I say “I am choiceless, effortless, pure awareness, I am the Self”, always remember, I am not referring to Robert. I’m referring to I-am, which is pure consciousness. When I make that confession, it is all-pervading. It is omnipresence itself. Everyone of you is I-am. The whole universe is I-am.
How can you want anything when you are the whole universe?
All the answers are within you. Everything you’re looking for is within you, everything. Know who you are. You are the power. All the power of the universe is within you. All is well, exceedingly well. It has always been well, it will always be well.
I want to let you in on a little secret. There are no problems. There never were any problems, there are no problems today, and there will never be any problems. The reality in back of the universe is pure awareness. It has no problems. And you are That.”
~ Robert Adams

Love can only win -SB many

“There is a region beyond reason. Unless you get there, you will not know the sweetness of love, nor the Divine.”
~ Sadhguru

“To love is to recognize yourself in another. The “otherness” then stands revealed as an illusion pertaining to the purely human realm, the realm of form.
Love is a state of Being. Your love is not outside; it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you. It is not dependent on some other body, some external form.”
~ Eckhart Tolle

“Love is not a feeling. Love is the experience that others are not others.
Love is the natural condition of all experience before thought has divided it into a multiplicity and diversity of objects, selves and others.
We consider love to be a relationship. We consider love to be a feeling that takes place between two people. Love is not a relationship. It is the collapse of relationship. In the experience of love, the self and the other dissolve. Love is the dissolution of the apparent separation between self and other, and a revelation of the prior unity of these two apparently separate selves. So love is not an experience that the separate self has. It is the dissolution of the separate self, the revelation of reality, the revelation of consciousness. Consciousness is love.”
~ Rupert Spira

“Love is not a relationship, love is a state of being; it has nothing to do with anybody else. One is not “in love”, one is love.
Millions of people are suffering: they want to be loved, but they don’t know how to love. And love cannot exist as a monologue; it is a dialogue, a very harmonious dialogue.”
~ Osho

“Most people are unhappy; and they are unhappy because there is no love in their hearts. Love will arise in your heart when you have no barrier between yourself and another, when you meet and observe people without judging them, when you just see the sailboat on the river and enjoy the beauty of it. Don’t let your prejudices cloud your observation of things as they are; just observe, and you will discover that out of this simple observation, out of this awareness of trees, of birds, of people walking, working, smiling, something happens to you inside. Without this extraordinary thing happening to you, without the arising of love in your heart, life has very little meaning.”
~ Jiddu Krishnamurti

“The universe only pretends to be made out of matter. Secretly, it is made out of love.”
~ Daniel Pinchbeck

“Love is the only reality and it is not a mere sentiment. It is the ultimate truth that lies at the heart of creation.”
~ Rabindranath Tagore

“Love is not an emotion. It is your very existence.
In true love there is no heartbreak. A broken heart means broken demands, broken expectations, broken hopes.”
~ Ravi Shankar

“We’re all looking for love, in our confusion, until we find our way back to the realization that love is what we already are. Your true nature is love.
Life is love. All else is imagined confusion.
There is no one who doesn’t live in love. There are few who realize it.”
~ Byron Katie

“Upon discovering truth, the natural love one has for oneself expands until it encompasses the whole world.”
~ Mooji

“In dream you love some and not others. On waking up you find you are love itself embracing all.
When you know beyond all doubting that the same life flows through all that is, and you are that life, you will love all naturally and spontaneously.
I cannot but see you as myself. It is in the very nature of love to see no difference.”
~ Nisargadatta Maharaj

“Love is verily the heart of all religions.
Love itself is the actual form of God.”
~ Ramana Maharshi

“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.”
~ Jesus

“Love doesn’t leave anybody out. Until your compassion is big enough to include those who oppose you, you are simply contributing to the continuation of destructiveness. The end of separation is the salvation for all.”
~ Adyashanti

“Ordinary love is selfish, darkly rooted in desires and satisfactions. Divine love is without condition, without boundary, without change. The flux of the human heart is gone forever at the transfixing touch of pure love.”
~ Yukteswar Giri

“The ordinary human being does not know what love is. When somebody gives you pleasure, you tend to think you love that person. But in reality it is yourself you love – your ego has been pleased by the other person’s attention; that is all. Would you go on ‘loving’ that person if he/she should cease to give you pleasure?
Love gives without expecting anything in return.”
~ Paramahansa Yogananda

“It is possible to live twenty-four hours a day in a state of love. Every movement, every glance, every thought, and every word can be infused with love.
We all have the seeds of love in us. We can develop this wonderful source of energy, nurturing the unconditional love that does not expect anything in return. When we understand someone deeply, even someone who has done us harm, we cannot resist loving him or her.
Happiness is only possible with true love.”
~ Thích Nhất Hạnh

“I belong to no religion. My religion is love. Every heart is my temple.
There comes a time when nothing is meaningful except surrendering to love.
For love, I come to you without me, come to me without you.
There is no love greater than love with no object. For then you, yourself, have become love, itself.
Except for love, nothing you see will remain forever.”
~ Rumi

“Love has nothing to do with another person. Love is Truth. Love is Beauty. Love is Self. To know yourself, to surrender to the truth of yourself, is to surrender to love.
The love that you search for everywhere is already present within you. It may be evoked by any number of people or events. But finally, you must realize you are this love. The source of all love is within you.
True forgiveness and love arise naturally, effortlessly, from the silence of the heart.
Finally all that is trustworthy is this immeasurable silent awareness that is the truth of who you are, that is love.”
~ Gangaji

„When you really love someone, there’s no longer an ‘I’ or an ‘other’.”
~ Jean Klein

“Love is the absence of separation. I don’t love others. I am the others.
The sense of duality, which is a barrier to true love, must prevail so long as the apperception of truth has not occurred. Once individuality is surrendered, there is only total love.”
~ Ramesh Balsekar

“Love is not something that we ‘do’ – it is an effortless recognition, beyond the story of time and space, that I am already what you are.
Love is not a presence, but an absence, of separation, and the illusion that in our essence we are divided. Love is simply what we are, prior to the exhausting and seemingly endless search for it. No need to seek love – it is already here, closer than breathing.
Trying to fall in love is like trying to make your heart beat backwards. It can’t be done. And so we don’t fall in love; we simply notice that we are in love already, and always have been. We are all so deeply in love that we don’t realize it.
There are no conditions to love. And no end to its depths.
Love is the answer. The question is unimportant.”
~ Jeff Foster

“Everyone says love hurts, but that is not true. Loneliness hurts. Rejection hurts. Losing someone hurts. Envy hurts. Everyone gets these things confused with love, but in reality love is the only thing in this world that covers up all pain and makes someone feel wonderful again. Love is the only thing in this world that does not hurt.”
~ Liam Neeson

“Love is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It’s not something you learn in school. But if you haven’t learned the meaning of love, you really haven’t learned anything.”
~ Muhammad Ali

“It doesn’t matter who you love, where you love, why you love, when you love or how you love, it only matters that you love!”
~ John Lennon

“When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.”
~ Jimi Hendrix

“Love always wins in the end.”
~ Francis Lucille
