I am not my life story, the mind, the body, feelings, experiences of pain or pleasure, struggles, success, or failure. I am not loneliness, stillness, frustration, or compassion. I am not even what I think is my purpose, the seeking, the finding, or anything which is called spiritual experience.
When I don’t know what I am, I sanctify experiences, take ownership of them, give them great significance. I believe they mean something which, when understood, will provide me with answers and formulas. But these experiences are only consciousness concealing and revealing itself in order to be recognized. When I know “what” I am, I discover that I am not existence, I am the presence which allows existence to be. Existence either blossoms in that presence or reflects back my sense of separation.

RICK: You use words like consciousness and awareness to imply that there’s duality But what about pure consciousness or pure awareness where consciousness or awareness is all that there is? TONY: Yes that’s it that’s right!

Everything that is a rising is wholeness [Could that be a very correct definition of God?] What you’re all chasing is THIS !!! There’s no time nor space. What you are seeing now – me talking to you – is an appearance, therefore unreal. When a person is dying or when They do pass on there is an awareness sometimes that there never was anything to die that there never was anything there at all. After death there is just wholeness And realization And freedom.

A woman raised the question of what to do when a bed memory keeps reoccurring and she can’t seem to get it to stop. Tony says when the me disappears all you have left is everything that there is. Nothing has any meaning or purpose whatsoever. [Could this be The solution to all recurring unpleasant thoughts and memories? I certainly think so]

The “me” will look for any means possible to void this message!!
If there’s a “me” there can’t be liberation.
You don’t have to ‘get there’ when the thing you’re longing for is all there is!!!
Up there, in other dimensions, or down here, it’s all the same: there only is what is.
Consciousness implies a divided world where “me” lives.
There is a readiness for this. The “me” falls away and everything opens up.
