Healing explained – Puskas [2nd?]

I HAVE HEALINGS AND DEMONSTRATIONS LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME.
Thanks to Michael Puskas for such a clear and candid explanation:
●○●○●○●○●○●○●○
Many people are not healed from their disease because they nurse, coddle, and baby themselves. Disease is part of the curse and needs to be treated as an enemy that must be (actually has been) destroyed! Rebuke your sickness and disease. Command the illegal to go and die!

I recently had a foot pain so severe, it felt like I was stabbed with an ice pick. It came quickly and I didn’t know why. I started to nurse it and I had a thought, “Don’t nurse it, rebuke it!” So, I did. I walked on it and let it know who the boss was. It went as quickly as it came. We are in charge because Jesus gave us authority over sickness and disease. Take what’s yours!

You will never conquer what you are willing to tolerate. See disease for what it is, a curse that was destroyed by the stripes of Jesus and apply those stripes to your sickness or disease and let God’s promises nurse you back to health.

Healing notes

HEALING NOTES
1. I remember a healing (demonstration) like it was yesterday. One moment it seemed everything that could go wrong in my life was out of control. Next moment I was singing and dancing and free.
2. I had read, communed, meditated, prayed. AND I made sure to apply the answer(s) to whatever was vying for attention.
3. What changed? I did. I then gave up all personal effort and determined to see my oneness with God instead.

True healing starts with mental aspect

It has become my habit to declare silently that while I may have this or that issue “to be healed”, I don’t wish to have my opportunity to grow spiritually simply removed, for I know that in that case another “opportunity” will come along. I only want true healing starting with the mental aspect that caused the issue in the first place.

Problem with turning to God for healing

THERE IS A PROBLEM with turning to God for healing. The key word is “turning” but permit me to return to that later.
I, personally, am fully invested in God as the Source of all real healing and it’s for a much too simplistic reason: it seems like an open door to invite people to see the realm of Spirit.
Putting God, His Kingdom, realm and Life ABOVE OUR INITIAL PROBLEM has been the theme and purpose of my two books on the topic. I believe in it just that strongly.
So when a person in a dire condition declares “Yes, yes I believe!” it’s nearly impossible for them to be aware of the degree of truth in their protestation and to what extent they’re embarking on trying to convince God of something they don’t even believe.
BEYOND BELIEF must be their new mantra where knowing, being, resting in pure Spirit becomes a WHOLE NEW FOCUS and trying to con God and anyone else becomes moot.
When the problem becomes nothing more than an awakening and Spirit is seen as one’s very life, wonderful changes miraculously take place – the biggest being your own sudden awareness.

Bible Verses About Healing – The question you have asked is one to which virtually every Christian wants an answer, and, of course, the Word of God is the only place to find answers. This is a huge subject about which many books have been written, and we cannot begin to cover all the pertinent verses in this brief article. We can, however, show you liberating truth from the Bible that should go a long way toward eliminating your current confusion. To handle this subject, it is probably best to break it down into a series of questions.

Where did sickness, disease, and death originate, and were they part of God’s plan?

There are four main arguments for why these are not a part of God’s plan. The first is that the opening three chapters of Genesis clearly show that God’s original intent was for perfect people to live forever on a perfect earth. Everything God made was “very good” (Gen. 1:31), and neither sickness nor death (which is total sickness) was ever meant to be a part of the picture. It came only when Adam sinned. Not only did mankind suffer as a result of Adam’s sin, but also the entire world has since been held in “bondage to decay” (Rom. 8:21). Even plants and animals get sick and die prematurely.

Second, the Bible says that, “God is love” (1 John 4:16). Think about that. We are all loving at times, but God is love, which means that by His very nature and unchanging character, it is impossible for Him to think, say, or do anything that is not totally loving. Making people sick to humble them is not being loving.

Third, God created the human body with an amazing, even miraculous, ability to heal itself. Why would He do that if He were also the author of sickness and death? Why would He want to make people sick if their bodies would keep healing themselves? He would be working against Himself. There are some difficult verses in the Old Testament that seem to say that God sent diseases, plagues, etc., but we believe that this can be understood as people bringing upon themselves the consequences of their own sin and unbelief.

Finally, Jesus always did the will of God, and he never made anyone sick. In fact, he healed “…all that were oppressed of the devil…” (Acts 10:38-KJV). Therefore, God’s will must also be to heal people. Colossians 1:15 says that Jesus is the “…image of the invisible God…,” meaning that Jesus always said and did what his Father wanted him to, and he became the reflection of his Father’s glory. Thus he could say: “…Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father…” (John 14:9), meaning that he flawlessly represented God to the world in a tangible, touchable way.

If sickness and death are not part of God’s plan for mankind, why are they rampant? Isn’t God in control of these things?

No, He isn’t (1 John 5:19). First, it is essential to understand that God gave humans complete and genuine free will. Adam chose to sin, and thus brought disease, death, and destruction into the world. That is not God’s fault. The Fall unleashed a host of germs and viruses that were not part of God’s original plan.

The same extreme commitment – rjs

Have you ever tried and tried
And tried some more
To get Spirit fully infused
In your conscious awareness
But nothing ever worked until
You hit an emergency situation
Where hope had vanished and
Help was nowhere in sight?

In utter desperation you had an
Epiphany: “Nothing else matters
In this sorry mess of mine
Or anywhere else in the world.
I don’t care anymore, that’s all I know.
God, divine Spirit, I want only You ….. Everything was SUDDENLY HEALED?

You were astonished beyond measure
Sure you were dreaming – how could
It be that you … unworthy for lack
Of insight and perspicacity … you
Could have received such an
Unspeakably amazing miracle
Midst all the sad drama of yesterday?

But now that’s months ago already
And you’re trying, trying, trying
To keep the elation, the astonishment
Alive. You want to bask in it forever
But how? What to do? Should I dare
Recreate an hideous, horrible, Life-
Threatening situation?

Think deeply now: it’s not the situation
But the exact same degree of intense
Critical commitment that you finally
Had in place the last time — moments
Before you SURRENDERED ABSOLUTELY
EVERYTHING – AND WANTED NOTHING
WHATSOEVER except proof that Spirit,
God, was fully in charge.

The trickiest part of healing…

THE TRICKIEST PART about pursuing a healing is to fall so deeply in love with God that the healing no longer matters because you have something even more important than a healing to cherish and pursue. It’s the flipping back and forth from believing that infinite God, good, is ONE and everywhere at once to wondering how the body is coming along. The latter preoccupation flatly denies all the claims that one made re the all-power of Spirit.

Why talk about how to solve problems?

Why oh why does everybody talk about how to solve this issue or that issue?
Yeah, yeah I know, the issues in question are very serious, sometimes life-threatening. But their very approach guarantees failure. Guarantees it!
Who told you you got this issue or that? Did God tell you so? Then if God didn’t tell you so, who did? Your own mind (with your body in tow). You’re under a general world hypnosis and you’ve got plenty of company. But that doesn’t make the lie about your condition true. If you really knew the truth about yourself – that you are the image and likeness of God – if you really, really knew it you’d be sooo happy you could hardly contain yourself!!! You’d forget all about the problem and just bask in the sheer joy of your newfound freedom. You would focus on everything that validates your inherent perfection and smile from ear to ear! You wouldn’t want to hear a single sound but the sound of “I” because you just got it that I is God AND I is you simultaneously.
